What happens when my trial or plan ends?
The short answer
Your records stay. You can still view, export and delete them, but adding or changing records needs a plan.
- A shift that’s already running can still be ended.
- A shift with no earnings can still have them added.
- Recurring expenses you set up keep being added.
If a renewal payment doesn’t go through, your plan continues for 7 days from the first failed attempt while you update your card, and the app shows the date it ends. If the payment provider stops retrying before then, the plan ends straight away.
