How do I start and end a shift?
The short answer
On your phone, open Drive and tap Start shift when you leave home. When you’re finished, tap End shift, enter your end odometer or the km you drove, add your fares if you have them, and tap Complete Shift.
A live shift runs on your phone. On a computer, Drive says Start your shift on your phone: start it there, or log it afterwards from Shift History with Add a past shift.
Complete Shift needs an end odometer reading or the km you drove. Fares can wait: leave them blank and add them later.
Changed your mind? Keep driving closes the sheet and the shift carries on.
Logging a shift you didn’t start in the app
Open Shift History and tap Add a past shift. Enter the date, times, odometer readings and fares, then tap Save Shift.
